Wojciech Balys

Wojciech Balys is an experienced professional in sales and product management, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Remato since June 2025. In this role, Wojciech focuses on aiding construction and installation companies in streamlining their field operations through digital management solutions. Prior to Remato, Wojciech spent two decades at Fleet Complete, holding various leadership positions including Director of Product Management, Technical Director for Hardware Products, and Senior Product Manager for telematics. Duties included the implementation of integrated field worker solutions and specializing in hardware, specifically in telematics, vehicle electronics, and RFiD. Earlier career experiences include working as an Installation Engineer at Correct Electronics and as an Automotive Technician, where expertise in engineering and installation of electronic systems was developed.
