Sean Parsons

Sean Parsons is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential sectors, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Parsons Realty Team since January 2014. With over 15 years in the Dallas area, Sean possesses in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods, including Lakewood, M-Streets, and Lake Highlands. In addition to real estate brokerage, Sean holds leadership roles as President of 37 Built and Principal at Spark Land Developers and Spark Acquisitions, overseeing various construction and development projects. Sean has contributed to the growth of the real estate market since obtaining a license in 2008, having previously worked with RE/MAX DFW Associates and led business development initiatives in other ventures. Educational credentials include a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Baylor University and advanced courses in negotiation, mergers, and acquisitions from SMU Cox School of Business.
