Julia Blair is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the beverage and consumer goods industries. Currently, Julia serves as Operations Manager at Remedy Kombucha since January 2018, following a similar role at Domaine Chandon Australia from October 2013 to December 2017. Prior experience includes holding multiple engineering and managerial roles at The Glenmorangie Company between June 2006 and October 2013, and working as a Packaging Technologist at COSI and L'Oreal from 2000 to 2006. Julia holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering with European Studies from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 1994 and 1999.

Sarah and Emmet Condon started Remedy Drinks on their kitchen bench. Our drinks are made the old-school way: in small batches using long-aged brewing processes.
