Sean Donnelly has held various roles in the gaming industry. Sean started their career at Electronic Arts (EA) in 2010 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Remedy Entertainment Plc, where they progressed through different positions, including Gameplay Programmer, Senior Programmer, Lead Gameplay Programmer, and currently serves as the Technical Director.

Sean Donnelly completed their education in two stages. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Institute of Technology, Sligo, where they pursued a BSc (Hon) in Software Development with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at Abertay University, where they earned an MSc in Computer Games Technology with a specialization in Computer Programming.
