Anoop also has experience as an Engineer Design at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics from December 2015 to June 2018. Anoop began their career as a Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as a Project Engineer at HCL Technologies from July 2012 to May 2014 and as an Engineer at Terumo Penpol Limited from September 2009 to July 2012.

From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Calicut and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Between 2014 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management through Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
From 2017 to 2019, Anoop T A pursued further studies at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they obtained a Master of Technology degree in Engineering Design.
