Adam Nemirow, CHIA, has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Adam started their career as a Lead Concierge at Marriott Hotels in 1999 before moving on to HYATT Hotels as a Hotel Assistant Manager in 2004. Later, they joined Davidson Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Revenue Management and Hotel Manager. During their tenure, they significantly increased the hotel's Rooms Revenue, Operations Revenue, and RevPAR Index. Adam also improved the hotel's Comp Set Ranking and achieved outstanding RevPAR Index Change within the Comp Set. In 2017, Nemirow joined Crescent Hotels & Resorts as the Area Director of Revenue Management and subsequently became the Corporate Director and Vice President of Revenue Strategy. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Revenue Strategy at Remington Hospitality since 2023.
Adam Nemirow, CHIA received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from San Diego State University. Adam holds a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
