Emily Hahn has a significant amount of work experience in the hospitality industry. Emily began their career as a New Home Sales Consultant at Mercedes Homes in 2007 and transitioned to the hotel industry in 2008. At Westmont Hospitality Group, Emily held the position of Area Director of Revenue Management, where they were responsible for analyzing business trends, developing effective strategies for revenue growth, managing rates and inventory, and forecasting room revenues. Emily successfully increased RevPAR indexes for both the Hilton and Doubletree hotels in Melbourne Beach and achieved the highest RevPAR increase year over year in 2010. In 2016, Emily joined Chesapeake Hospitality as a Regional Director of Revenue Management, and later as the Regional Director of Revenue Strategy at Remington Hospitality in 2022.

From 2002 to 2006, Emily Hahn attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
