Rouzbeh Kotobzadeh

Rouzbeh Kotobzadeh is an experienced professional specializing in project management, business analysis, and Agile methodologies, currently serving as a PPP Management, Business Analysis, and OKR instructor and consultant at Rahbaran System Rastak since February 2013. With a robust background that includes roles as a project manager, economic analysis senior specialist, and consultant in both public and private sectors, Rouzbeh has facilitated various innovative workshops and courses such as PMigloo and RealPoM, and is a PRINCE2 Authorized Trainer and Examiner. Rouzbeh is also involved in Agile transformation initiatives and strategic development for multiple organizations, including a significant role in developing a practice guide for the Project Management Institute. Rouzbeh holds a PhD in Project Management from Alma Mater Europaea and has advanced degrees in business administration and industrial engineering.
