Justina Liu

Justina Liu is a software engineer currently employed at Remitly since July 2023, with prior experience as a Software Engineer Intern at SAP Concur from February to June 2023 and as a Student Software Engineer at Ada Developers Academy, where a selective full-stack software engineering program was completed. Justina has delivered 14 projects in an agile environment and gained skills in full-stack technologies, git, REST APIs, and unit testing. Before transitioning to software engineering, Justina worked as a Research Assistant II at WestEd, where an interactive map was created to include diverse schools in research studies and administrative tasks were automated using R and APIs. Justina's earlier roles include research and reporting positions at The New School, Semsom, The Altamont Enterprise & Albany County Post, and Millennial Youth. Justina earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University, complemented by studies at Università Bocconi.
