Jared Benjamin

Jared Benjamin currently serves as Senior Managing Counsel for Product, Sales, & Commercial at a remote company since April 2021, after previous experience as an Associate Attorney at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz from September 2019 to April 2021. Earlier roles include Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Paul G. Feinman at the New York State Court of Appeals from August 2017 to July 2019, and Appellate Court Attorney at the NYS Supreme Court, Appellate Division from August 2016 to August 2017. Jared also completed a legal externship with the US Attorney’s Office, District of Maine, and an internship with the NYS Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, Jared co-founded the Maine Law Policy Group, which engages law students in public policy and lobbying, and has held various internships, including a policy development role at Coastal Enterprises, Inc. Jared holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maine School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
