Álvaro García Sabater has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Álvaro started in 2017 as an intern at Arbik Producciones S.L., where they worked in product development. In the same year, they also worked at elBulliFoundation's Innovation Lab Elisava - elBulli 1846, where they contributed to the conceptualization and development of a new project. From 2018 to 2021, Álvaro worked at BCN3D Technologies, initially as a product developer and later as a product manager technician, specializing in process and product engineering. In 2021, Álvaro joined Between Technology and worked as an R&D Mechanical Design Engineer in-house at HP 3D Printing until 2023. Currently, they are working at REMY Robotics as a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer.
Álvaro García Sabater has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they started their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, which they completed in 2016. Following this, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Product Design and Development at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona.
In 2018, Álvaro furthered their knowledge in engineering by completing a Postgraduate program in Additive Manufacturing for Rapid Prototyping at the Fundació CIM UPC. Continuing their educational journey, in 2022, they enrolled in ThePower Business School, where they will be pursuing a degree called ThePowerMBA Future Leaders with a focus on Business Expertise in Business Management and Leadership. This program is expected to be completed in 2023.
Alongside their formal education, Álvaro has also obtained additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Preliminary English Test (PET) certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In 2017, they further demonstrated their proficiency in English by obtaining the First Certificate in English (FCE) from the same institution.
Overall, Álvaro García Sabater has developed a strong educational background in engineering and design, and they are currently expanding their knowledge in business and leadership through ThePower Business School program.

Our HQ is in Barcelona, a unique cosmopolitan hub we deliberately chose to reflect Remy’s international outlook: most of our team has relocated from abroad (we have over 17 nationalities) to match our obsession with robots, great food, and sunshine.
