Jonathan Pounds

Jonathan Pounds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Renaissance Learning since July 2012, Jonathan has held various leadership roles within the company, including Area Vice President and Regional Vice President of South East. Prior experience includes project management at Putnam County School District, where Jonathan led initiatives such as the Accelerated Math Project and the Wellness Program, while also overseeing cost-saving measures in custodial operations. Jonathan founded and managed a franchise for Playball FP, Inc., contributing expertise in client development and training. Jonathan's earlier roles at IES involved project coordination and purchasing management, showcasing strong skills in resource procurement and process improvement. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
