Anne Korenblit

Anne Korenblit is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Capital Partners & Investments at RenaissanceRe since August 2018, Korenblit oversees global corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions and alternative investments. Prior roles include Vice President and General Counsel for RenaissanceRe's Ventures unit, focused on regulatory analysis and commercial contract negotiations, and Corporate Lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where expertise in complex business transactions was developed. Korenblit also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Avenir Talent Partners and has held various legal positions, including Judicial Clerk and Legal Intern. Educational qualifications include a BA from Harvard University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
