Kirsty Swart

Kirsty Swart is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as AVP, Controller - Shared Services at RenaissanceRe since July 2009, Kirsty oversees the management of the Shared Services Team, guiding monthly and quarterly close processes and global expense reporting. Previously, as AVP, Controller - HR, Compensation & Benefits, Kirsty managed HR finance teams and global compensation oversight. Prior experience includes roles at Scottish Re Group Limited as VP of Finance, and at ACE Bermuda Insurance Ltd. as AVP of Insurance Accounts, alongside foundational work at PwC as an Audit Senior. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Acadia University, a Diploma of Business Administration from Bermuda College, and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
