Nigel D'Souza

Nigel D'Souza is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as AVP Reserving Actuary at RenaissanceRe since September 2022, following a progression from Reserving Actuary to Senior Reserving Analyst. Prior to this role, Nigel worked at Willis Towers Watson from September 2019 to August 2022, where titles included Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, with an earlier internship at the same company in June 2018. Nigel holds a Master of Mathematics (MMath) in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, completed in 2019, and is currently pursuing the designation of Fellow (FIA C.Act) with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, expected to conclude in November 2024.
