Tapiwa M. is a seasoned professional in IT Internal Audit, currently serving as Vice President and Head of IT Internal Audit at RenaissanceRe since January 2022, where innovative technology and data analytics initiatives have been implemented to enhance audit processes. With prior experience as Vice President and IT Internal Audit Manager, Tapiwa has effectively managed Internal Audit activities across the RenaissanceRe Group. Prior to RenaissanceRe, Tapiwa held various roles at PwC Bermuda, including Senior Manager in Risk Assurance Services, where leadership in cybersecurity, privacy services, and multi-location audits was demonstrated. Tapiwa's career began in network engineering at Africa Online, and holds a BSc Honours in Information Systems, along with ongoing executive MBA studies at IBR Institute and Albstadt-Sigmaringen University.
