Alessandro Galli

Alessandro Galli is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Renco S.p.A. since February 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing Renco's EPC projects, managing contract and subcontract activities, planning and schedule control, cost management, and establishing project management methodologies. Prior to this role, Alessandro worked as a Project Manager at Saipem from September 2010 to February 2018, managing significant projects such as the Okpai Phase 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant in Nigeria and refinery desulphurization plants. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Research Engineer at Politecnico di Milano and as a Planner Engineer and Production Engineer. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree from Università Politecnica delle Marche.
