Alyson Gamble

Alyson Gamble (nee Paul) currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Renesas Electronics, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Alyson accumulated extensive experience at Dialog Semiconductor from June 2014 to May 2023, where titles included Senior HR Director and HR Director for Global Engineering, Finance, and Legal. Before joining Dialog Semiconductor, Alyson worked at Baker Tilly (formerly RSM Tenon) as Senior HR Manager for Scotland and National Outsourcing from September 2012 to March 2014, and at RSM Tenon in various HR capacities from November 2007 to September 2012. Alyson's early career included a position as HR Vetting Assistant at Iron Mountain in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of York (2006-2007) and a Psychology MA (Hons) from the University of Glasgow (2001-2005).
