Andy Weatherley

Andy Weatherley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as Global HR Director Business Partner at Renesas Electronics since December 2021, Andy has previously held significant HR roles at Apple from August 2006 to October 2019, including Senior HR Business Partner for various teams and Head of Human Resources for China Operations. Prior to Apple, Andy worked at The National Archives as an Assistant HR Advisor and began a career in retail management at HMV Retail Ltd. Following a career break managing a large renovation project from October 2019 to November 2021, Andy holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services from London South Bank University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
