Jiyoun Lee

Jiyoun Lee has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Inha University. They have held various HR roles, starting from an internship at Defenders of Wildlife to working as an HR Partner for Business Units at Fairchild (now part of ON Semiconductor). Prior to their current role as an HR Manager at Renesas Electronics, they were a Senior HR Advisor at Dialog Semiconductor and an HR Business Partner for Korea Sales at ON Semiconductor. In these positions, Jiyoun Lee has been involved in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. They have also been dedicated to supporting internal clients and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
