Nakul Upadhaya

Nakul Upadhaya is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Company Secretary at ReNew since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nakul held the position of Director - Legal & Compliance and Group Company Secretary at CarDekho from August 2022 to March 2024. With a strong background in corporate governance, Nakul was the Head Company Secretary at alfanar from January 2019 to July 2022 and previously worked at ReNew Power as Company Secretary from December 2016 to January 2019.
