Richard Hogsett

Richard Hogsett is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at REC Silicon, where Richard has been providing mechanical engineering services since July 1985. In this role, Richard reviews and upgrades standards while mentoring less experienced engineers. As Corporate Reliability Manager, Richard developed and implemented corporate reliability policies, designed the reliability group's structure, and enhanced mechanical integrity programs. Richard's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at the Moses Lake Plant, where project design and mechanical issue resolution were key responsibilities. Richard also worked at Advanced Silicon Materials, Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Richard holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and attended Michigan Technological University.
