Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith has a diverse work experience. Andrew started at Siemens in 2010 as a Recruitment Administrator and later became a Business Process Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Siemens Gamesa as an Internal Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects and implemented LEAN initiatives. In 2019, they moved to RES as the Northern Europe Business Transformation Manager, leading the cost out program and working with internal stakeholders to bring continuous improvement to the business.

Andrew Smith attended Kings International college in Camberley from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained their GCSEs. Andrew then went on to study Environmental Science at the University of Plymouth from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2008, Andrew also obtained a certification as a PADI Divemaster from PADI.
