Quinell Ross

Quinell Ross is a skilled Field Engineer with extensive experience in project engineering, construction oversight, and compliance in the renewable energy and transportation sectors. Currently employed at RES since August 2019, Quinell Ross focuses on engineering and project equipment/materials specification for a 137MW wind farm in Washington. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Inspector for the South Carolina Department of Transportation, where inspections ensured compliance with DOT standards, and as a Field Engineer II at Casey Industrial, overseeing civil construction for a $230 million timber harvesting mill.
