Stephen Maughan

Stephen Maughan has 23 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering industry. Stephen is currently employed as an Electrical Designer at RES since July 2020. Before that, they worked as a Design Engineer at Global Substation Solutions LTD from June 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were a part of the Test Team at Hitachi Rail Europe from December 2017 to June 2018. Stephen also served as a Project Engineer at Powersystems UK Ltd from June 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they held various roles at RES (Renewable Energy Systems Ltd) including Electrical Design Engineer from January 2013 to October 2014 and CAD Designer from December 2008 to December 2012. Their previous experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Econnect Construction Ltd from July 2006 to September 2008, Electrical Engineer at Sandvik Mining and Construction from March 2002 to April 2006, and Development Engineer at Newarc Equipment Ltd from August 1997 to July 2002.

Stephen Maughan attended Northumbria University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
