Individual Therapy

You can't escape the struggles and confusion of being an adult. There are so many transitions, new experiences to navigate, and it's like no one ever tells you how hard they will be. But we’ll be here for you every step of the way - a shoulder in times when life feels overwhelming, or your career is feeling stuck, someone who celebrates with you on those big accomplishments that make all this worth it! 

Adolescent Counseling

It is a gift to get the chance to work with adolescents. They are smart, witty, and bold people who often exhibit eccentric tendencies that put them at odds with what other adults in their life tell them. It can be exhausting for an adolescent because you want autonomy but still need guidance from someone else. The best way I've found we could help these kids overcome this chaotic experience was when we brought outside perspectives into it - which inspired change!

Parent Coaching

As the world evolves, parents need to be able to relate with their children. Parenting skills coaching is a way of understanding your teen better, whether you're just starting as a first-time parent or are trying to get used to new rules and risks in an evolving world. Ultimately these sessions focus on ensuring that both parents and teenagers have support through what can often be difficult times together.
