Rengen Developments is the real estate investment division for the Iesis Group. Rengen Developments is run by Peter James. The company undertake developments both independently and in joint venture partnerships, identifying new opportunities and developing assets we are confident owning and managing on a longterm basis.  Over the last seven years we have acquired and developed over a dozen schemes in Bristol and Bath comprising 494 beds. These properties have been managed by our experienced in-house property team.
