Richard Fisher has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Industrial Engineer at CNH Industrial. Richard also held roles at Renishaw as a Technical Manager, Engineering Group Lead, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, and Process Improvement Engineer. In their current position, Richard is responsible for multiple assembly cells at the Woodchester assembly plant, focusing on process improvement and mentoring technical staff and early careers.
