Iris Skrami has been involved in a variety of roles since 2016. Iris began their career as an Online Traffic for Kantox, then moved on to become the Advertising, Media, and Digital Assistant Brand for Ray-Ban at Luxottica. In 2017, they took on the role of Digital Enablement GTM at Nike, and Omnichannel Store of the Future Coordinator at PVH Corp. In 2019, Iris became Co-Owner of VIVIPOSITIVO, an online destination for modern wellbeing with an Italian touch. In 2020, Iris became Co-Founder and CEO of Renoon, a company that connects companies and consumers with transparency tools to make sustainability a reality. In 2021, Iris took on the role of Consultant Sustainable Fashion for the City of Amsterdam, as well as a 101er for La Carica delle 101.

Iris Skrami obtained a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2015 to 2017. Iris also received a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2012 to 2015. In 2014 and 2015, Iris Skrami studied at the University of Regensburg in the Erasmus program. In 2020, they took a course on Circular Economy: An Introduction at Delft University of Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Nova Talent, Female Founders, Leaders for Climate Action, Startupbootcamp FashionTech, and Yoga Alliance.
