Henk-Jan Wegman

Henk-Jan Wegman serves as the CEO of Rensa Family Company since July 2017, leading the organization in the building industry. Prior to this role, Henk-Jan Wegman was the Managing Director and board member of Ubbink Nederland from September 2010 to July 2017, focusing on enhancing operations and product development in the areas of gasflue, ventilation, and watertightness. Henk-Jan Wegman previously held the position of Managing Director at Gieterij Doesburg, where leadership efforts supported the automotive sector, and started a career at Vredestein Fietsbanden BV, progressing from a management trainee to Plant Manager while overseeing significant operational transitions. Henk-Jan Wegman earned a degree from the University of Twente from 1989 to 1995.
