Nathan Lafrance

Nathan LaFrance currently serves as the Senior Director of Development for the School of Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of Director of Development at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University from December 2020 to January 2024. Nathan's earlier experience at Syracuse University includes serving as Director of Development for the Midwest Region from January 2018 to November 2020. Additionally, Nathan worked at Dickinson College from November 2012 to January 2018, where roles included Advancement Officer, Regional Development Officer, and Assistant Director of Alumni & Parent Engagement. Nathan began the career at the University at Buffalo, where experiences included Graduate Intern and Graduate Assistant in various offices from August 2010 to May 2012. Nathan holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, both from the University at Buffalo.
