Currently serving as an End User Support Specialist at RentPath since November 2018, Stanley is responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, and repairing desktop hardware and software, as well as supporting various desktop-related technologies. Prior to this, Stanley held the position of Desktop Support Specialist II at NASCO, performing Tier 2 and Tier 3 analysis, managing service tickets, and executing workstation projects. Stanley's earlier experience includes working as a Desktop Support Technician at CCC Information Services, where responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting, mobile device setup, and managing large-scale upgrades, such as transitioning from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
