Marshal Head possesses a diverse background in mechanical engineering and sales application engineering, currently holding the position of Sales Application Engineer at RENTECH Boiler Systems, Inc. since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at KerTec, LLC, a Plant Engineer & Technical Support Intern at Xcel Energy, and various positions within Cholla Petroleum Inc. and Royce Hamilton Construction. Marshal Head began a career in mechanics during formative years on a family farm, contributing to an extensive hands-on knowledge base. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and prior studies in General Science and History at other institutions.
