Todd Jable has extensive experience in the technology industry, primarily in roles related to technology and operations. Todd is currently working as the COO and CTO at Appreciate Holdings, Inc. Todd previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Renters Warehouse. Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at FirstKey Homes, LLC. Todd played a crucial role as the Chief Technology Officer at Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp, where they helped establish the first public single-family REIT. Prior to this, they worked as the CTO for Silver Bay at Pine River Capital Management and as the Director of Architecture and Infrastructure at CarVal Investors. Todd has also held management positions at Cargill, Cision, Calamos Investments, and ePlanet Solutions, Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in technology strategy, implementation, and architecture.
Todd Jable attended Downers Grove South High School from 1986 to 1989. Todd then pursued their higher education at the University of Iowa from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
