Rodrigo Ojeda is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership across several companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Rently since November 2020, Rodrigo oversees the development team and processes while promoting the implementation of Scrum agile methodology. Prior roles include Product Chief Architect at DeskCove, where Rodrigo designed and managed a productivity tracking tool, and Process Manager at Aurea Software, responsible for tracking maintenance orders and developing KPIs.
