Michael Stokes has extensive experience in HR data and analytics, currently serving as the HR Data & Analytics Manager for Europe at Rentokil Initial since May 2019. Michael has held several positions within the company, including Interim Global HR Manager and HR Business Analyst for Europe, as well as HR Analytics & Operations Officer and HR Analytics Support Officer. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Fleet Tutors from August 2015 to May 2019 as Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant. Earlier experience includes a telecommunications role at Vac Services from June 2013 to August 2014. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and has prior education from Farnborough College of Technology and Duke of York Royal Military School.
