Matthew J. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Matthew started their career at Dish Network as a Technical Support Representative, where they worked in a team environment to resolve customers' technical issues. Matthew then moved to Apriva, where they held multiple roles including Customer Care Specialist, Production Support Specialist, Software Engineer II, and Software Engineer III. At Apriva, they were involved in troubleshooting, data analysis, SQL development, and integration of third-party systems. Matthew later joined PrizeLogic as a Senior Web Software Developer and .NET Developer before founding their own company, JaguarSoft, in 2011. At JaguarSoft, they worked as the Lead Programmer and Owner, creating custom web integrations and developing complex software solutions for clients. Currently, they are employed at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments, where they started as a Senior Software Engineer and is now working as a Software Engineer Tech Lead.

Matthew J. attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a concentration in Software Engineering. Matthew also holds additional certifications, including AWS Certified Developer - Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in June 2022. In 2013, they obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.
