Alice Burattelli has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, primarily in the field of kids fashion design. Alice started their career as a Fashion Design intern at Elio Fiorucci in 2008 and later worked at Bebidesign srl as a Trainee. Alice then gained experience at Groupe Zannier as an Assistant Stylist in the Kids Floriane and Jean-Paul Gaultier departments. Alice also worked as a Collaborator in the Styling Office at Gabriella dell' Acqua and as a Fashion Designer at Gimel S.r.l, where they were involved in all stages of product development and attended the Pitti Bimbo conference. Alice joined Aletta as a Kids Fashion Designer, specializing in newborn, baby, and junior clothing. Alice then worked at Gucci as a Kids Fashion Designer for several years, focusing on Baby and Junior collections, particularly in the Knitwear and Jersey departments. Alice later joined Benetton Group as a Kids Fashion Coordinator in the Baby Department and is currently employed as the Head Designer for Replay & Sons, a position they assumed in October 2018.

From 2006 to 2008, Alice Burattelli attended IED ModaLab - Istituto Europeo Design where they obtained a diploma in Fashion Design. Their field of study primarily focused on fashion trends.
