Nicola started their career at Diadora S.p.A., where they held the role of Export Sales Manager for East Europe, Russia, and CSI countries, as well as Sales Manager for the Invicta brand in the Italian market. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Production Manager at Montrade S.r.l. and completed a stage at the Business Unit Leisure Dept. of Lotto Sport Italia Spa.
Nicola Minio Paluello attended Liceo Scientifico Collegio Vescovile PIO X from 1990 to 1995, where they graduated with a degree of 55/60.
