Anmol Dhar

Anmol Dhar is currently serving as the State Lead - Business Development at Repos Energy, focusing on sales, P&L management, and key account acquisition in Karnataka since May 2023. Previously, Anmol held various roles at Ashok Leyland from May 2012 to April 2023, including Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing responsible for key account management and marketing activities, and Manager of Sales & Marketing overseeing construction and mining truck sales in Bangalore. Anmol also has experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Early career experiences include internships at Renfro Corporation, where a Six Sigma Green Belt project was completed, and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, contributing to yield improvement projects. Anmol holds an MBA in Operations from the Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
