Shweta Pardeshi

Shweta Pardeshi has held various positions throughout their career. In 2018, they joined REPOS ENERGY INDIA PVT. LTD. as an HR Manager. Prior to that, they worked at DB Xento Systems from 2015 to 2018 as an HR Generalist. From 2014 to 2015, Shweta was an HR Executive at Intelliswift. Shweta also worked at Idhasoft Pvt. Ltd from 2013 to 2014 as an Executive Recruitment professional. In 2012, they were a Sr. HR Executive at Sixthsense Associates, where they served as a team lead.
