April Ricci has held numerous positions in the medical device industry since 2003. April began as a Cardiac Cath Lab at Westlake Hospital Melrose Park, IL in 2003. In 2011, they became an Associate Account Manager at Vascular Solutions. In 2014, they became a Medical Device Sales Representative at AxoGen, Inc. In 2017, they became a Medical Device Sales Rep at Clear Guide Medical. In 2018, they became the Regional Clinical Manager at Haemonetics Vascular Closure. Currently, they are the Executive Clinical Director at Reprise Biomedical, Inc., where they focus on the development and commercialization of biologic medical devices.
April Ricci attended Montini Catholic High School from 1995 to 1999, where they completed college prep high school. April then attended College of DuPage where they earned an Associates Radiology. Finally, they attended Ashford University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.

Reprise Biomedical is a Minnesota-based startup focused on commercializing biological medical devices manufactured using a proprietary perfusion decellularization technology that supports cellular integration. Reprise was created in connection with a spin-off from Miromatrix Medical Inc. in June 2019.
