Kerry McDonough

Kerry McDonough is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement for iD CloudNedap Retail, focusing on building high-performing teams to enhance customer experiences in North America. Additionally, Kerry is an Adjunct Professor at Boston College, where coursework centers on trust-building and partnership development. Previously, Kerry held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Reprise, where successful customer journeys were managed. Kerry's experience at Everbridge includes various roles, culminating in leadership of Customer Success Managers, as well as project management and training as a Senior Applications Specialist at MEDITECH. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Arts in Emergency Management & Homeland Security from ASU Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions.
