Annu Zacharias

Annu Zacharias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT business applications, CRM implementation, and analytics within commercial operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager CRM & Analytics at RepRisk since February 2024, Annu previously held the position of Global Senior Manager IT Business Applications at Sensirion, where responsibilities included project management for global CRM implementations and serving as Product Owner for Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud. At Medela, Annu led a team of IT Business Process Consultants to enhance global IT application and process landscapes in Sales and Marketing. Additional roles include Process Manager at GRUNDFOS and Data Analyst at SABMiller. Annu holds a Master's degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
