Kori Ricketts

Kori Ricketts currently serves as the Vice President of Equity, Culture and Talent at Reproductive Freedom for All, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Kori was the Senior Director of Equity and Culture at the District of Columbia Public Schools from June 2022 to June 2023. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2020-2023) and an MBA in Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgetown University (2019). Kori has held various operational and leadership roles in the education sector, including Regional Director of Operations and National Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Rocketship Public Schools, as well as positions at Success Academy Charter Schools and Public Preparatory Network. Additional experience includes earlier roles at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, HP Enterprise Services, and Affiliated Computer Service. Kori holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee State College.
