In September 2019, Repsol formed a Joint Venture with United Global Limited after buying stake in its Singapore-based lubricants manufacturer and distributor, United Oil Company. As part of United Global Limited, PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia (PLI) that manufactures United Oil, Bell1, US Lube, Hydropure, Ichiro, is now running the Repsol lubricant business for Indonesia market. The Joint Venture will manufacture lubricants, both automotive as well as industrial segments, in Singapore and Indonesia, and distribute Repsol’s brand products in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
