James Widmann

James Widmann is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. since 2013, James leads a team overseeing system engineering, network and telecommunications, field services, and service desk functions. Previous roles include Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at BrightPoint North America, where management of database administration and service desk teams occurred, and Project Manager/Consultant at Penn National Insurance. James also held executive positions, including CIO and Vice President at Millbrae Energy LLC, and various management roles at Liberty Mutual and Best Access Systems. A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Computer Information Systems/Technology, James has a strong background in both technical and managerial capacities within the IT landscape.
