Toby Frazier

Toby Frazier is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of IT Agile Transformation at Republic Services since April 2019, Toby leads the Agile Practice and DevSecOps CoE teams. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Data Management, overseeing multiple data teams, and Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for quality assurance oversight and technology management. Previously, Toby worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant, providing services to notable clients such as PetSmart and Intel, and held director positions at Choice Hotels International, where strategic direction for quality assurance and test engineering was established. Toby holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western International University.
