Janus Flagstad

Janus Flagstad has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Janus started their career as a Creative Intern at Mensch in 2013, followed by a Creative Intern role at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in 2014. Janus then joined Bates Young & Rubicam as an Art Director in October 2014, where they worked until 2022. In 2017, they also started working at Republica, initially as an Art Director and later transitioning to a Creative Lead role. In 2020, Janus became the Creative Director at Republica, where they currently work.

Janus Flagstad completed a degree in Kreativ Kommunikation from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2009, they attended Krabbesholm Højskole where they studied Grafisk design.
