Charles Pan

Charles Pan serves as the VP of Finance at rePurpose Global since March 2025, bringing a diverse background in finance and operations. Prior roles include VP of Finance at Grata from April 2022 to March 2025, and multiple finance-oriented positions including Director of Finance and Operations and Director of Finance within the same company. Previous experience also encompasses managerial roles at Spruce, finance and accounting functions at Palantir Technologies, and finance and capital markets at Signac. Charles Pan has further experience as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development at both WestRock Company and Meadwestvaco, alongside an investment banking analyst position at Nomura International. Academically, Charles Pan holds a Master of Science in Finance from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
